Request a written website development quote
Tell us what the site needs to do, and we send back a written quote with scope, timeline and price before any work starts.
How do you get a written website quote?
To get a written quote, fill in the short brief below. The box that matters most is the last one, what the website should do, because that is where a quote gets accurate.
The form is a brief, not a sales call. It asks for your name, a WhatsApp or phone number with the country code, the email where the written quote should go, the kind of project you have in mind (our website services page lists them) and, if you already have one in view, the package you are considering.
What to have ready before you start
- The goal. More enquiries, table bookings, online sales, a site that looks credible to a foreign partner. One clear goal shapes the whole scope.
- Rough pages. A guess is fine: home, services, about, contact, perhaps a blog or product pages.
- Languages. English, Thai or both. A bilingual site is priced differently from a single-language one.
- Examples. Two or three websites you like, and one you do not, with a line on why.
- Content status. Are the texts, photos and prices written, half ready or not started?
- Your deadline. A shop opening, a Songkran promotion, a trade fair. Tell us the date.
- Your current site, if there is one, so we can see what to keep.
If you would rather think it through on paper first, our website development questionnaire walks through the same questions in more depth, and you can paste your answers straight into the form.
What your written quote includes
Every quote we send is written, so you can compare it, share it with a partner and hold us to it. It covers four things.
- Scope. The pages, the languages, the features (forms, booking or enquiry flows, a blog, a store with PromptPay and Thai couriers) and what is not included, stated plainly so nothing is assumed.
- Timeline. A typical project takes about 15 days from an agreed brief. A large e-commerce catalogue with hundreds of products can take longer, and the quote says so rather than promising a date we cannot keep.
- Price. The figure for your scope. Package prices on this site are indicative starting points; the written quote is where the actual number is set.
- Payment terms. How and when payment is made is set out in the quote itself, not in a standard schedule.
When you receive one, check that the scope lists every page and feature you asked for and that the timeline starts from something concrete, such as content being supplied. Our guide on how to read a web design quote shows what a clear quotation looks like and which vague lines to question, with any provider. The quote works alongside our terms of service, which cover how projects run once you accept.
Where most projects start
Most quotes begin from one of three packages and then adjust to the brief. Starter, from THB 10,000, suits a new business that needs a credible site of up to five pages on WordPress, with WhatsApp and LINE buttons and PDPA cookie consent. Business, from THB 30,000, covers up to 15 pages in English and Thai with forms, booking or enquiry flows and a blog. E-commerce, from THB 50,000, is for stores on Shopify or WooCommerce that take PromptPay, cards and cash on delivery and ship with Thai couriers.
These are one-time, indicative prices. If you are still working out a budget, our page on website prices in Thailand explains what moves a project up or down, so you can pick a package in the form or leave it as "not sure yet".

What happens next
When you press send, your request is stored and emailed to our team at service@websitedevelopmentbangkok.com. The page then offers a button to send the same details on WhatsApp, already filled in, so the conversation can continue on your phone if that suits you better. We work every day from 10:00 to 19:00 Bangkok time.
If anything in the brief is unclear, we ask before we price it. Once the scope is agreed, the quote follows, and the build itself runs through our step-by-step process from plan to launch. Common questions about price, timing, platforms and languages are answered in our FAQ. The details you send are used only to reply and prepare your quote; you can read how we handle personal data before you submit.
- Step 1
You send the brief
The form, or the same details on WhatsApp. Rough answers are fine.
- Step 2
We read and ask
We check the goal, pages, languages and deadline, and ask about anything missing.
- Step 3
You receive a written quote
Scope, timeline, price and payment terms, sent to your email.
- Step 4
You decide
Ask for changes to the scope, compare it with other offers, or accept it and we plan the build.
Common questions
Can I ask for a quote on WhatsApp instead of the form?
Yes. Message or call +66 93 004 4098 on WhatsApp and tell us the same things the form asks: the goal, rough pages, English or Thai or both, your deadline and your current site if you have one. Voice notes and screenshots of sites you like are fine. We still send the quote in writing, by email, so you have the scope and price in one document.
Which package will my quote start from?
It depends on the brief. A new business with up to five pages usually starts from Starter at THB 10,000. A bilingual company site with forms or booking flows usually starts from Business at THB 30,000. An online store on Shopify or WooCommerce starts from E-commerce at THB 50,000. If your needs sit between two packages, the quote explains which one we based it on and what was added.
What if I don't know how many pages I need?
That is common, and you do not need to decide alone. Describe what visitors should be able to find and do: see your services, check prices, book a table, read about the clinic's doctors, buy a product. We turn that into a page list and include it in the quote, so you can add or remove pages before anything is built and see how the price changes.
Is the price in the quote final?
The price in the written quote is the price for the scope it describes. The package figures on this site are indicative starting points; the quote is where the actual number is set. If you later ask for extra pages or features that were not in the agreed scope, we tell you what they change before doing the work, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What happens to the details I send?
We store them so we can reply to you and prepare your quote, which is exactly what the consent box on the form asks you to agree to. Your request reaches our team by email, and you can choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. Thailand's PDPA gives you rights over that data, and our privacy policy sets out how it is handled and how to contact us about it.
