Web design

Corporate website design that presents your company clearly in English and Thai

Company websites for manufacturers, exporters and B2B firms from THB 30,000: up to 15 pages in English and Thai, with enquiry forms.

What does a corporate website have to do?

A corporate website is your company profile, open to anyone at any hour: it tells buyers, partners and job seekers who you are, what you do, where you are and how to reach the right person. Corporate sites fit our Business package, from THB 30,000, in English and Thai.

A buyer in Japan checks whether you are a real manufacturer before replying to your quote. A distributor compares you with two other suppliers. A graduate in Bangkok looks for your careers page. Each of them needs to find, within a minute, who you are, what you make or do, where you are and how to reach the right person.

So corporate website design is less about decoration and more about structure: clear pages for the company, its products or services and the industries it serves, written in English and Thai, with enquiry forms that reach the right inbox. We build these sites on the Business package, from THB 30,000, which covers up to 15 pages in both languages. The visual method behind them is the same one described on our main web design page; this page covers what a company site in particular needs.

A good corporate site should also cut down the routine questions your sales and HR staff answer by email: product specs, certifications you hold, office address, opening positions.

Which pages does a company profile site need?

Fifteen pages goes further than it sounds, as long as each page has one job. For a mid-sized trading company or factory, a sensible structure looks like the list below. Some firms merge pages, others split products into several category pages; we settle the final list with you in the planning stage, before design starts.

  • HomeWho you are in one screen, your main products or services, and a route to contact.
  • About the companyHistory as you choose to tell it, facilities, certifications you actually hold, leadership if you want names shown.
  • Products or servicesOne overview page plus a page per main line, with specs and downloadable PDF sheets where useful.
  • Industries or marketsWhich sectors or countries you supply, written for the buyers in each.
  • NewsAnnouncements, trade fair visits and updates your team publishes from the editor.
  • CareersOpen positions and how to apply, so HR can post roles without a developer.
  • ContactOffice and factory addresses, a map, phone numbers and an enquiry form.
  • Legal pagesPrivacy notice and cookie policy for PDPA.

Bilingual content for partners and staff

Many Bangkok companies have two audiences for the same site. Foreign partners, buyers and head offices read English. Local customers, suppliers, job applicants and often your own staff read Thai. A single-language site forces one group to struggle or leave.

On a bilingual build, each language has its own pages and URLs, and a switcher on every page takes the visitor to the same page in the other language. The two versions do not have to be word-for-word copies. It often makes sense for the Thai careers page to carry more detail than the English one, or for export product pages to lead with certifications and shipping terms in English while the Thai version focuses on local service.

Who writes the Thai

Machine translation of company copy reads badly to Thai readers and can get technical terms wrong. The best source is someone inside your company who knows the products. We can work from your Thai text, set the Thai typography properly, and flag passages that read like a literal translation.

Turning visitors into B2B enquiries

B2B buyers rarely buy from a website, but they do decide from it whether to contact you. The job of the site is to make that first message easy and useful for both sides.

  • Quote request forms that ask for the details your sales team needs: product, quantity, destination country, required dates. Better questions mean fewer email rounds before a price.
  • Routing so export enquiries reach the export team and local ones reach the Thai sales desk.
  • Spec sheets and catalogues as downloadable PDFs, with the key details also written on the page so they can be found in search.
  • PDPA consent on every form. Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act requires a lawful basis for collecting personal data, so forms say what the data is used for, and marketing consent is a separate, unticked checkbox.

Manufacturers and exporters have extra needs, such as product families with many variants and buyers who search by standard or material. Our guide to manufacturing website design covers those, and the article on building a Thailand B2B website that generates leads goes deeper on forms and follow-up.

Approvals and revision rounds

In a company, a website is rarely signed off by one person. Marketing owns the look, sales wants the products up front, management checks the wording about the company, and sometimes a regional office has a say. Without a clear process, feedback arrives in pieces and the project stalls.

The Business package includes two revision rounds, and we ask you to collect each round's comments into one consolidated set before sending it to us. In practice that means:

  1. You name one contact person who gathers feedback internally.
  2. We share the home page and one inner page design first, so the direction is agreed before the rest is designed.
  3. Each of the two rounds is one consolidated set of comments on the designs, revised in one pass; content on the built site is checked with you before sign-off.
  4. Sign-off happens in writing before launch.

This works the same whether you are a factory with a board to report to or a property developer presenting projects to buyers, where a corporate site sits alongside listings, as described in our page on real estate website design.

Custom design or template

A bought template can look fine in its demo, then struggle once your real content arrives: a product line with twelve variants, Thai headings that wrap differently from English ones, or a news section the template never planned for. Corporate sites tend to outgrow templates faster than most because they carry more page types.

We design corporate sites around your content, and on the Business package, which most of them use, we build them on a custom WordPress theme with no page builder, which keeps them quick to load and hard for editors to break. Two practical points for company sites:

  • Keyword mapping: each product and service page is assigned the search terms buyers use for it, so pages do not compete with each other.
  • Schema markup: structured data describes your organisation, address and pages to search engines in a standard format.

If you are still weighing the options, our comparison of a WordPress template versus a custom site sets out the trade-offs. A company that only needs five pages to start may be better served by our small business websites instead. Note that we design the website, not your brand: logo and brand identity should be ready before we start.

How much does a corporate website cost?

The Business package, from THB 30,000, is the one built for corporate sites: up to 15 pages in English and Thai, two revision rounds, a custom WordPress theme, a news section, enquiry forms, keyword mapping and schema markup.

A typical project runs about 15 days from the agreed brief to launch, provided your texts and photos are ready at the start. The price is indicative; your written quote fixes the scope and figure, and our web design prices page explains what moves the cost. Common questions

Which pages should a corporate website have?

Most company sites need a home page, an about page, one overview page for products or services plus a page for each main line, an industries or markets page, news, careers, contact and the PDPA legal pages. That fits within the 15 pages of our Business package. The exact list depends on how your buyers search and what your sales team is asked most often.

Can our Thai and English pages have different content?

Yes. Each language has its own pages, so the Thai version can carry more detail where local readers need it, for example on the careers page, while English export pages can lead with certifications and shipping terms. The switcher still links each page to its counterpart. We only ask that both versions stay accurate, since partners and staff may read either.

How do several people in our company approve the design?

We ask for one contact person who collects everyone's comments and sends them as a single consolidated set. The Business package includes two revision rounds, so combined feedback makes each round count. We show the home page and one inner page first to agree the direction, then the remaining designs, then the built site. Final sign-off is given in writing before launch.

Can we publish news and job openings ourselves?

Yes. News and careers are set up as simple sections in the WordPress editor, with fields for the title, date, text and images, or the role, location and how to apply. We train the staff who will post them at handover. Because layout lives in the theme, new posts match the rest of the site without any design work from your team.

Which package fits a corporate website?

Usually the Business package, from THB 30,000: up to 15 pages in English and Thai, two revision rounds, a custom WordPress theme, news, forms, keyword mapping and schema markup. A small firm needing up to five pages may fit the Starter package from THB 10,000, with the languages set in your quote. Both prices are indicative, and your written quote sets the final scope and figure.
