Website design cost in Thailand, with three published starting prices

Starter from THB 10,000, Business from THB 30,000, E-commerce from THB 50,000: one-time prices, finalised in your written quote.

How much does a website cost with us?

A website with us costs from THB 10,000 for a five-page Starter site, from THB 30,000 for a bilingual Business site of up to 15 pages, and from THB 50,000 for an online store. These are one-time build prices, not monthly fees, and they are the floor of each package rather than a fixed sticker.

Most Bangkok businesses land in one of the three without much debate. A new café, tutor or consultancy that needs to look credible on Google Maps and LINE fits Starter. A hotel, clinic or B2B firm that needs Thai and English pages, a blog and an enquiry or booking form fits Business. Anyone taking orders and payments online belongs in E-commerce, and our online store pricing page separates the build from the monthly platform and payment costs you will also carry. If you have already settled on WordPress for a company site, the WordPress site pricing breakdown covers hosting, plugins and theme choices.

What changes the price of a website?

A starting price assumes a tidy scope. Five things move a quote above it, and you can usually see them coming before we talk. For the wider market picture, including freelancers and agencies, our guide to what affects website cost in Thailand goes further. If you run a small firm and want to see what a lean first site looks like, read how we make a website for a small business without paying for pages nobody visits.

  • Page countEvery page past the package limit adds design and build time. Pages that share one layout, such as ten room types or ten treatments, cost far less than ten unique layouts.
  • LanguagesA second language is not a copy and paste. Thai text runs a different length, needs its own menus and its own meta titles, and every form and email must work in both.
  • Custom featuresA booking or enquiry flow is part of Business. Rules such as deposits by date, staff calendars or member areas are scoped separately.
  • Catalogue sizeFifty products with clean spreadsheets import quickly. Two thousand products with variants, missing photos and Thai and English names take real hours.
  • Content readinessIf your texts and photos are ready, we build. If we are waiting on them, the calendar stretches, and writing or sourcing content becomes its own line.

Redesign pricing

A redesign is quoted like a new build, because in practice it is one. We keep what works on the old site, such as the URLs that bring in search traffic and the content that still converts, then design and code the rest fresh. The same three starting prices apply: a small brochure site that needs a new look is a Starter job, a company site moving to a bilingual structure is a Business job, and a shop changing platform is an E-commerce job.

What adds cost on a redesign is migration. Moving blog posts, redirecting old addresses so Google does not lose them, and cleaning up years of plugins all take time, so we look at the current site before we put a number in writing.

Every project starts with a written quote, and that document sets the final price. It lists the pages, the features, the languages, the platform, the timeline and the total, so both sides know exactly what is being built. If you want to see what a clear one looks like before you ask for ours, this website design quote example walks through each line.

Fixed scope, fixed price

We price projects as a fixed scope rather than billing by the hour. You know the total before work starts, and a change of scope becomes a written change with its own price rather than a surprise invoice. The trade-offs between the two models are set out in our comparison of fixed price versus time and materials web development.

Payment terms and tax

Payment terms are set out in your quote, not on this page. The prices shown here make no statement about VAT, so read the quote itself for the figure you will pay.

How long does a website project take?

A typical project takes about 15 days from the agreed brief to launch. That holds for most Starter and Business sites when texts and photos are ready at the start; late content moves the date. Large e-commerce catalogues can take longer, and we say so in the quote rather than promise a date we cannot keep. Our website development life cycle shows each step, what you supply and where you approve the work.

Care after launch

The package price covers the build. Updates, backups, checks and small edits after launch are a separate service, priced per site on request because a five-page WordPress site and a busy WooCommerce store need very different amounts of work. The page on website maintenance cost explains what drives that price. Hosting, the domain and any paid platform plans are paid to those providers; your quote lists which ones your site needs.

Common questions

Why do you show 'from' prices instead of fixed prices?

Because two sites with the same package name can differ a lot. A five-page site with ready text is quicker than a five-page site where we wait for photos and translations. The starting price tells you the realistic minimum for each package; the written quote then fixes the total for your scope before any work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay for that scope.

Do your prices include VAT?

The starting prices on this page do not say either way, so do not budget on an assumption. Your written quote is the document that sets the final price for your project, and it is the figure to use when you compare offers. If your company needs a particular invoice format for accounting, mention it when you ask for the quote.

How much does a website redesign cost?

A redesign uses the same starting prices as a new build: from THB 10,000, THB 30,000 or THB 50,000 depending on which package the new site fits. The extra variable is migration, meaning old posts, product data and redirects from old URLs. We review the current site first, then put the full redesign scope and price in writing.

What are the payment terms?

They are written into each quote rather than published as a standard schedule, because a Starter site and a large store build do not run on the same calendar. Read the payment section of your quote before you approve it, and ask us about anything that is unclear. Nothing starts until you have agreed to the quote in writing.

Are hosting and domain included?

We do not sell hosting as a product, and the package prices are for designing and building the site. A WordPress site needs hosting and a domain in your name; a Shopify store runs on a Shopify plan you subscribe to. Your quote lists which running costs your site will have, so you can budget for them from day one.

Is there a monthly fee after launch?

Not for the build: the package price is a one-time build price, not a subscription. If you want us to look after the site afterwards, maintenance is quoted per site on request. Separately, you will pay your own hosting or platform plan, the domain renewal and any paid plugins or apps, and those go straight to the providers.
