Pricing
Ecommerce website price list for online stores in Thailand
An online store build with us starts from THB 50,000, one-time. Here is what that covers, and the running costs you pay others.
How much does an e-commerce website cost?
Our E-commerce package starts from THB 50,000 as a one-time build price. For that you get a store on Shopify or WooCommerce, checkout with PromptPay, cards and cash on delivery, shipping set up for Thai couriers, your products imported, e-Tax invoice setup, and staff training with a launch checklist.
The final figure for your shop is set in a written quote once we know the catalogue and the rules you sell by.
That price is only half the budget, and most price lists stop there. A store also has running costs: a platform plan or hosting, payment fees on every order, and sometimes paid apps or extensions. Those go to other companies, not to us, and they are worth knowing before you choose a platform. If you are still comparing all three packages, the main page on website design cost sets them side by side; if you want to know what we actually build and why, start with our service page on building an online shop.

Build cost and running costs
The table separates what you pay once from what you keep paying. We do not quote platform or gateway rates here because they change and differ by plan; check the current figures on each provider's own page, listed in the sources below. Our explainer on Shopify pricing in Thailand goes through the plans in more detail.
| Cost item | Shopify store | WooCommerce store | Paid to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store build | From THB 50,000, one-time | From THB 50,000, one-time | Us, per your written quote |
| Platform | Monthly or yearly Shopify plan | WooCommerce core is free and open source | Shopify, or nobody for WooCommerce core |
| Hosting | Included in the Shopify plan | Your own WordPress hosting | Your hosting provider |
| Domain | Yearly renewal | Yearly renewal | Your domain registrar |
| Payment processing | Gateway fees per order; Shopify may add a transaction fee with third-party providers | Gateway fees per order | Your payment provider, and Shopify where it applies |
| Apps or extensions | Some apps charge monthly | Some extensions charge yearly | The app or extension maker |
| Care after launch | Priced per site on request | Priced per site on request | Us, if you want it |
Payment fees deserve their own line
For many Thai shops the largest running cost is not the platform but the payment fees on each order. Card payments, PromptPay QR and cash on delivery all have different costs and settlement times, and the provider you choose decides them. Before you sign up anywhere, spend an hour comparing payment gateways on the rates for the payment methods your customers actually use. A shop that sells mostly to Thai customers on phones will lean on PromptPay; a shop selling to tourists and expats will see more cards.
COD is popular with Thai buyers who do not yet trust a new store, but it has its own costs: courier COD fees, returns and parcels refused at the door. We set it up as the package includes it; whether to keep it switched on is a business decision worth making with your own numbers.
What moves a store quote above the starting price
The starting price fits a store with a manageable catalogue, one checkout flow and standard shipping. These are the points where store quotes grow. Platform choice matters less than people expect: a WordPress WooCommerce store and a Shopify store with the same catalogue take similar build time, but they differ in what you pay every month. Our page on WooCommerce or Shopify, compared covers the trade-offs beyond price.
- Number of products and variantsA shirt in six sizes and four colours is 24 variants, each with its own stock, SKU and sometimes photo. Import time follows variants, not product names.
- Quality of your product dataA clean spreadsheet with Thai and English names, prices, weights and photo files imports quickly. Data copied from Shopee or Lazada listings usually needs cleaning first.
- IntegrationsLinks to an accounting tool, a warehouse, a marketplace or a POS system are scoped one by one, because each has its own setup and limits.
- Two languagesA bilingual store needs every product, category, email and checkout message in both Thai and English.
- Custom checkout rulesWholesale prices by customer group, minimum orders, delivery zones inside Bangkok or pre-orders all add logic that must be tested with real orders.
- Shipping rulesFlat rates are quick. Weight-based rates across several Thai couriers, with free-shipping thresholds, take longer to set up and test.
How long does a store build take?
Our typical project runs 15 days, and a store with a modest catalogue and ready product data can fit that. Large catalogues take longer, and we would rather say so now than miss a date. The slow part is almost never the design; it is product data, photos and checking that every payment method and courier works on a real test order.
If you are aiming at a sales peak such as Songkran, 11.11 or the year-end season, count back from the date and leave room for testing. A store that launches a week before a campaign with untested COD and shipping rules can lose more in refunds and returns than it earns.
After launch
A store needs more looking after than a brochure site: platform and plugin updates, stock and price edits, seasonal banners, and checks that payment and shipping still work after each update. We offer maintenance after launch, priced per site on request, and the page on what care after launch costs explains how we work that out. On Shopify, the platform handles hosting and core updates; on WooCommerce, updates and backups are your job or ours.

The fastest route to an accurate price is a short brief: roughly how many products and variants, which platform you prefer if any, which payment methods and couriers you want, and whether you need Thai, English or both. Send us your brief through the form below, or share a sample product spreadsheet on WhatsApp so we can judge the import work.
Common questions
How much is an ecommerce website in Thailand?
With us, a store build starts from THB 50,000 as a one-time price, and the written quote sets the final figure for your catalogue and features. On top of the build, budget for running costs paid to others: a Shopify plan or WooCommerce hosting, a domain, payment fees per order and any paid apps. Adding both parts gives you the real first-year cost.
What monthly costs come on top of the build?
On Shopify, the plan subscription and any paid apps, plus payment fees on each order. On WooCommerce, hosting, any paid extensions and payment fees. Both need a domain renewed every year. If you want us to maintain the store, that is priced per site on request. Check each provider's current pricing page, because rates change.
Is WooCommerce cheaper than Shopify?
The WooCommerce plugin is free and has no monthly subscription, while Shopify charges a plan fee. But WooCommerce needs hosting that can handle a store, plus updates and backups, and paid extensions add up. For a small catalogue the monthly totals can end up close. The better question is which platform your team will find easier to run every day.
Does a large product catalogue cost more?
Yes, usually. Import, checking and photo matching grow with every product and variant, and messy source data takes longer than clean spreadsheets. A catalogue of a few dozen items fits the package comfortably; thousands of variants, or data copied from marketplace listings, add time and cost. Send us a sample export and we can estimate the work honestly.
What are the payment terms for a store build?
Payment terms are set out in your written quote for the store, together with the scope, the timeline and the total price. We do not publish a standard schedule because store projects vary widely in size. Read that section before you approve the quote, and raise any question about it with us first. Work begins only after you approve the quote.
