About these terms
These terms cover your use of websitedevelopmentbangkok.com: reading the pages, using the forms and following links from it. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short, because the site's job is to explain what we do, not to sell anything at a checkout.
They do not cover a website project. When you hire us, the scope, price, timeline and payment terms for that project are written into a quote that you accept separately, and that quote is what governs the work.

Prices and quotes
The prices on this site are indicative starting prices in Thai baht, not offers you can accept by clicking. Our three packages start from THB 10,000 (Starter), THB 30,000 (Business) and THB 50,000 (E-commerce), all one-time. The pricing page explains the website design cost of each package and what moves a project above its starting price, such as more pages, a second language or a large product catalogue.
The final price, the list of pages and features, the timeline and the payment terms are set out in the written quote for your project. Nothing on this website overrides that quote. A typical project takes 15 days, but the date that counts is the one in your quote.
To get one, send us your brief through the quote form, on WhatsApp or by email. Sending a form does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to take on the project.

Our guides are general information
The guides and comparisons on this site explain costs, platforms, e-commerce, hosting and Thai law as they apply to websites. We write them carefully, but they are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Laws, platform fees and gateway rates change; where a guide gives a figure, it links the source so you can check the current one.

Who owns the content
The text, illustrations, page designs and code of this website belong to Website Development Bangkok unless a page says otherwise. You may read, print and share links to any page. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from. You may not copy whole guides or pages onto another website, or present them as your own work, without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to laws, regulators and platform documentation so you can read the original. Those sites are run by others; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability and law
We work to keep this website accurate, available and safe, but we provide it as it is. We cannot promise that every page is free of errors or that the site will never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site instead of advice for your own case, or from the site being briefly unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow a business to limit. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other people: no automated form submissions, no attempts to break into the site, and no content sent through the forms that is unlawful or abusive.

Common questions
Are the prices on this site binding?
No. They are indicative starting prices that show roughly where each package begins: THB 10,000, THB 30,000 and THB 50,000. The binding price is the one in the written quote for your project, together with the page list, features, timeline and payment terms. If anything on the website differs from your accepted quote, the quote wins.
Which terms apply to my project?
The written quote you accept for your project. It sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms, and it is separate from these website terms. These terms only cover using the site itself: reading pages, submitting forms and following links. If something is missing from your quote, ask us to add it before you accept, rather than relying on a page on this site.
Can I reuse content from your guides?
You can share links freely and quote a short passage, as long as you link back to the page it came from. Copying whole guides, large sections or our illustrations to another website, a course or a document you sell needs our written permission first. If you want to use something from a guide, email us and say where it will appear.
How will I know if these terms change?
The date at the top of this page changes whenever we publish a new version, so you can see at a glance whether anything is newer than the last time you read it. We make changes when the site or the law changes. A change never alters the terms of a project quote you have already accepted.
